June 2, 2009 Old York Shootists was incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the State of Alabama and was granted 501 (c) (7) tax exempt status by the IRS.

Old York Shootists is affiliated with the NRA and SASS with a recent recommitment to SASS Rules by making the SASS Rules an Old York Shootists Policy.

Old York Shootists also recently made a commitment to Brocks Gap Training Center in the form of a letter of our intent to follow the rules of BGTC, SASS and the NRA when conducting all of our events.

We are also committed to safety first and fun shooting a close second. We will need everyone's help to make it fun and keep it safe so let's all do our part.
